Product Innovation
Lactalis was in need of new ideas to expand their snack cheese portfolio under the Cheestrings brand. Our brief called for breakthrough product innovation concepts embodying the brand’s fun positioning and leveraging its brand equities (peelable, playful, etc) in ways that would feel like novel yet natural extensions for the brand. We refined several concepts for testing, yielding a number of validated ideas for commercialization, including new Cheestrings X-TREME flavors.
