Competing in a densely competitive confectionery category, our client asked us to help innovate a breakthrough new product line. Our community responded with a rich crop of original concepts. We refined the strongest ones for consumer research, over half of which tested above norm, effectively filling the brand’s innovation pipeline. One of the winning ideas ‘Ice Cream Shoppe’ launched in over 15 countries and has become the company’s biggest global platform over the past three years. Hershey’s has since embedded Crowdiate as their gate zero innovation partner, collaborating on over 10 projects and counting.
