New Product Innovation


Nestle wanted to leverage its strong portfolio of confectionery brands to develop munchable, bite-sized treats. The challenge sparked an incredible response from our creative community, generating over 100 entries imagining new ways for brands like KitKat to meet the modern consumer’s snacking needs. We refined the shortlisted concepts, half of which tested market-ready, far greater than efforts solely reliant on internal brainstorming. Three of these product lines have already launched, with others still in development – all thanks to this one open innovation brief.
